After 40k+ miles, my fox’s were likely due for a refresh. Wanted to stay on OE’s so acquired a fresh set of 800mi 2014 Screw take-offs. Being a Scab, I liked the idea of slightly stiffer valving the Screws allegedly had, and can now attest to that.

Wanting some additional stance height up front, and not go to top perch, I trialed small ¼” aluminum spacer, to get an effective ~½” additional stance height which didnt complicate CV angle matters. I liked the concept of more tire clearance, but visially was hard to notice. After a year on this setup, there was more feedback from the folks running the Geiser progressive front coils, So decided to take that plunge as well. Should have done this when I did the deavers, exactly the height that I sought after.

When doing brakes last spring noticed several of the leaf packs in my 6mo old +3 deavers were cracked already… Cheers to deaver for replacements, though sets sent to the Midwest now require powdercoating (which I kinda wanted for the first batch anyways  )
Not that I’m attending any car shows, but they really do look great not rusted to hell after 5-6 months. Plus paired with my springs up front, it’s the balance I wanted.

Since making the bumper, I never got around to making a legit support for my sagging valence lip. Made a bracket to resolve that, better hood latch support, and bracket for moving my hood mounted light cannons down lower.

Used the ram suction cup in the past, decided to add a more permanent solution, but easily concealable as well with just a new rubber mat. Plus no more reflection on the video of the suction cup and long ram arm  my ocd will likely lead to a 2nd try at a cleaner cut mat

Since doing my fenders and wanting the antenna-less look, I lost my am/fm radio. Tried a stubby and OE antenna’s mounted under the fender with no luck. Picked up this antenna and after a dozen adapter orders on amazon, finally got it hooked up. Still some occasional distortion, but atleast I get my local channels. Installed this under my dash center speaker, and since there is an additional antenna access behind the glove, no need to pull the center console.
