Can you tell us what's CA legal?

Unfortunately, we've never done emissions/smog testing since it isn't required in MI.

PA and MA follow CARB emissions but don't require the stupid sticker so if a similar setup will pass in those states it will pass in CA but won't have that cool little sticker.
