Lead foot what years 2018 and 2020 but not 2019? Is that correct?

I’m getting closer to getting a used 2018-2202 raptor probably 802a.

I like lead foot color and white as well but wondering If the 2019 is not lead foot is that the year it’s magnetic grey?
