Yes pics will be a long at some point,. A few things I need to address, I told the dealership that I didn't want them to wash it prior to picking it up. I prefer to do that myself. The truck was in the back lot and it was really dusty. More so than I expected it to be, even travelling on a rail car to California. Once I got it home I washed it , this is when it came real apparent it was covered in water spots , the hood , roof and the horizontal areas of the fenders. It is bad. The sales person told me to bring it back they have something that will get it out but it will be a two day process. Pretty upsetting given the led foot that came in the same time had no issues like this. My fear is they might have to do a deep polish to get the water spots out and on new paint I've heard that's not good as the paint is still soft and not had enough time to cure properly. Other than this upsetting situation I found only one small paint chip at the top of the front passenger door. Frame that i can live with. Now the good stuff, the rest of the day I spent driving it, not yet off road but still on the freeway and back roads it is amazing. I'm blown away by the power it has. And the handling, though as others have mentioned it needs better brakes. I had it up to a hundred and it does that in no time at all. I love the sound of the turbos spooling up and any remorse that its not a V8 went right out the window. Any advice on how to proceed with the water spots other than having the dealership attempt it would be appreciated, as my concern is they might make it worse.
