Treypal, Rebuilds will be relative to usage of the vehicle and conditions for the most part. If your on the road and don't do a whole lot of offroad use, then they will likely go the recommended 30-40k before you should be looking to refresh them, if you want to keep the shock at the peak performing levels. You can always go more but there is a point, (with any shock in this regard) you will start losing performance as time goes on. If your hard on them and are doing the raptor runs or adventures of that caliber you should be doing more frequent service. To answer the second part rebuild them is not much different for the coil overs and should be slightly easier with the bleed port we designed into the bypass. Overall about the same though. ---------- Post added at 03:27 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:12 PM ---------- Justvettn, You are looking at a 3/4" droop travel gain with Stock or the ICON Billet Uniball UCA. Not a ton of travel to gain because Ford used most of the factory travel right out of the gate. You will need to look at adding longer upper and lower control arms for gain more significant gains in actual wheel travel.
