Today after I got home, I took a look at my truck and noticed something weird. Driver's side wheel well was ENTIRELY covered in this film of oil. It was very thin. Not like motor oil. Parts of the frame were completely covered too. The top of the shock perch looks very wet with this stuff. So, I checked the passenger side wheel well and it too has the same oil film all over the wheel well and shock perch and frame. The truck has been riding fine. I am thinking my front shocks are defective and spraying oil all over the wheel wells. I just had my truck washed and waxed this weekend but they would have had to SPRAY tire dressing all over the place to make it look like this and I watched them the entire time. Any ideas?
