I finally made my retrofit 2 months ago, lift output is waaay better than factory and hids on oem housing. Almost look like oem headlight, difference is that this kit is around 100 bucks Kit includes: 2 DDM v3 projectors (2.5) (lifetime warranty) 2 shourds H1 bulbs, got myself 5500k pure white Totaled out $97 :) I pre heated the oven to 230 degrees, and did 3 cycles of 10 mins, it was my first time doing this so I was kind of afraid, I woukd say its pretty damn easy, put the headlight on the oven for 10 mins, took it out ( wear some mechanic gloves cause its HOT) and with your skinniest flat head start prying section by section, when it feel cold again stick it for another 10 min, ( total of 3 times for me) projectors are bolt on, the only this that need to dremel is the little mount were the ford cap goes, once you do this, projector sits perfect. I decided to go all black, so i used the high heat flat black paint :) no chrome for me! Before resealed everything together you have to aling the beams, park your truck 25ft from a clear wall , make sure is straight, dont have to move anything on the headlight just straight out the beams :) to resealed put the headlight cover back on top and stick it in the oven for 5 -7 min this will make soft the silicone and bow you can compressed it down, make sure the tabs around the headlight sit tight, i used clear rtv silicone around again, and let it dry over night :)
