The regular F150 could have more bells and whistles that might meet some buyers needs more closely than a Rap. Let’s face it, the Raptor is not for anyone. Few owners push these trucks to their capabilities, as pretty much every Raptor Assault attendee can attest. You make certain concessions to own and operate a performance oriented vehicle, street or off road and a more mainstream F150 4x4 could be a better selection for some. For that matter, we probably all can think of some registered users on FRF that don’t meet the threshold of Rap ownership and we’d just as well like to disavow them. Everyone’s got a family tree branch or two that could use some trimming. FRF is no exception.
that’s because you’re not allowed to ‘like’ posts you’ve made... under the same user name anyway... because more tribalism is exactly what FRF needs. There’s just as many pretentious, self entitled, way too impressed with their own internet prowess, hey look at me I have to be the center of attention Gen2 posters as their are disaffected, there goes the f*cking neighborhood, woe is me, you whippersnappers are a bunch of a-holes and your truck is only good for mall crawling, Gen1 crowd. Model year of Raptor ownership /== good internet denizen. I could see a legit question within the post, even though it is likely at least partially bait or bait byproduct. The 18 Rap is sporting new audio and BNG (bold new graphics) and that’s pretty much it. Ok paint and not graphics, but the point is the same; she’s basically the same truck, a year newer.
