I didn't fill the holes because you can't see them, but I put primer around them so it wouldn't rust. Mostly I just like how it looks with the new set up, and I like that the bar protrudes past the lights to protect them a little bit if I hit something.
I had no issues with it but I have since remounted the lights with this.

Hi @GooseTuned I’ve had your stage 2 91 tune for a while now. Everything is running great. The only thing that bothers me is after a while when I don’t have the access port plugged in the throttle response resets to zero. I set it to four and after a couple days it’s back at zero. Can this be...
Whole thing seems weird. I watch all these videos and it seems very audible, but you guys are saying it’s relatively quiet. I guess it’s a pointless mod anyway, but if feels like I bought an exhaust expecting it to be loud and it sounds the same.
On the gen 2 raptor there were silencers in the...
For the life of me I can’t find IAT2 as an option. I see “inlet air temp” which seems to be around 10 degrees above ambient so that must be the right one.
I checked all that. I even swapped back to the original BOV like I said. Disconnected and connected the plug. The turbo smart BOV plug fits both ways and the I’m not sure which is the positive side on the cable.
As for posting a video click the button at the bottom of where you’re typing that...
Installed a new intercooler (titan v2) and along with it the turbo smart BOV. Mostly for the sound. Installed the block off plate as well. So I took the truck out expecting a nice woosh noise when letting off the throttle and nothing. I thought I had a defective turbo smart BOV so I pulled the...
You’re correct I was looking at charge temp on the gauge display from the raptor. I have an access port and stage 2 tune so I’ll have to check the temps on the access port.
There’s a million options on the access port for parameters to monitor. Do you know the name of it. Is it “IAT2”?
to be honest I was getting the same temps with the stock intercooler. I just installed my titan v2 today and on my quick test drive I was disappointed with same as stock temps
Weird. I emailed them a few days ago and got this response. Went ahead and ordered the Titan V2.
"Thanks for contacting COBB Support!
We are currently in the process of confirming if the Gen 2 intercooler fits on the Gen 3 and also getting that part approved through CARB, but at this time I...
Are you happy with that intercooler? Quality? I was going to order the Cobb one for factory location, but they don't have eta on it for the gen 3. Then discovered the Titan 2 and am leaning towards that, I think it offers more cooling as well. Did you purchase any of the extras (BOV or hot +...
I get this issue every time I change the tire size. I have to uninstall the the Access Port and reinstall. Seems to be a bug. Would like to change the tire size because my speedo is off after switching to 37s. @COBB Tuning
@GooseTuned is there a way you can enable to valves to be open at idle when in Baja mode for the exhaust? If you just tap the gas it idles nice and loud but take your foot off and it closes the valves. Or is that a forscan thing?
Maybe just me then? Every time I changed tire size I’d get that error.
I filled up today and showed 640miles to empty which I’ve never seen before. Driven 120 highway miles, on a road trip, and now showing 320 to empty. 13.1mpg average on Toyo 37s
Two things:
I was able to install the intake bracket with out taking that entire plastic cover off. Just took 2 clips off on the driver side to bend it out of the way. I used a piece of duct tape to hold the bracket in place so the holes line up when putting it back together.
2nd, don’t...
