34k miles and just off a 2.5k trip to Utah - noticed this noise on starts. Planning to let dealer know before warranty expires. Any ideas if this is normal for a 2019?

After a year without my Ruby Red in a Ram Rebel 2021 regretting nearly every day. Picked up a 2019 yesterday!!!

Picked up a 2018 with 12k on it! Love it so far but have a nagging wind/ticking sound from drivers side. Tried lubing and sealing up the inside of the mirror but it still ticks over 35mph. It’s not loud and dealer doesn’t hear it like I do! Looking at the seals it doesn’t seem to fit.
