I haven’t done much research on tuning this motor. I went with Hennessey simply because of their relationship with Ford. Power is 600 to the crank and ~460 to the wheels. Not all that impressive. Agree with the last post though, mid 500 rwhp would be great.
To be perfectly candid, the tuning...
I suggest anyone that's having this issue, call the NHTSA and file the issue with them. They will ultimately be the ones to perform an investigation and have Ford issue a recall.

Not sure either. I think of the switch telling the computer to send more oil and it stopped doing that. Could be wrong though, first time dealing with this type of issue.

Oil pressure light came on. Plenty of oil though. Then a severe loss of power. Also got some odd low rpm noises. Engine didn’t seize and I haven’t gotten the full story from the dealer yet as they were running tests on behalf of HPE. I’ll see if they can provide more detail later this week...
Was just notified I need a new motor. Apparently the oil pressure switch is a known Ford issue and they're "working on a recall". Luckily, Hennessey is covering it under warranty as Ford declined to since there was work done to the truck.
Skid plate and a-pillar light brackets was $200. Full plate, including the non-visible underside, was done.
Two tone finder flares on black look cheap and out of place. More like a ‘90s GMC Jimmy.

Curious if there’s been any news? Same exact issue started today. Swung by dealer and code was oil pressure switch. Then the manager came out and blamed it on being modified. Dropping it off on Tuesday for them to take a better look.
Can you share your dealer name & location too? Would like to...
Rear is also matched. Didn’t do any offsetting satin though, kept it all gloss. Picture quality is awful, but you get he idea. I have some carbon pieces to install, lights and maybe change the wheels for spring. But the exterior is fairly solid in OEM form.

Thanks. I did the upper and lower grills (with caps) in satin black paint so the truck is more uniform. On both black and LF, I think color matching looks good. Other colors, the two-tone works better. My view on the skid plate is you want it to get lost rather than pop. So if you can achieve...
Powder coated satin black. Also remember the lower portion of the bumper is painted silver to give the look that the skid plate is continued higher. So you’ll need to have that addressed as well.

I’m in NY but ordered from Curtis Markland at Ryan Ford in Houston. Much better experience than what I was experiencing up here. Give him a try, should hopefully be able to help. DM if you want his direct line.

Bailey - have you thought about offering black brackets rather than silver? This may have already been covered (quicker to ask rather than read 55 pages of posts).
Thx!
