Thanx for beeing a seriotypical american
Moronic and sallow minded elitest with no serieus education and perspective
People like you make me giggle
Ps the world is bigger then the USA
...bring on the hate it will just my point..
I know its a mostly US forum...
I argue about every single thing?....i do it once and i get asosiated with other people.
And its sabumaru ...
The remark i made is because an assumsion was made wich from my perspective looked wrong (especialy without contecxt)...then i get personly attacked for it..and i am the...
Funny... Not going to put oil on a fire...
Lets keep it at a cultural diffrence...and all cry more about 6 cylinder engines
( i mean v6 just so you know)
Assumtions are the mother of all fuckups
Above mentioned assumtion is like thinkin Ford raptor will mean a V8
And like we all now know
That ain't gonna fly [emoji12][emoji12][emoji12][emoji12]
Some one is cranky
Porsche 6 is like shouting any name and number combo
6 doesn't say jack shit
6 cilinder engines are availble in
V
VR
L
B
R(adial)
And with porsche building/have build line /boxer and V engine
A porsche 6 can be all of these
So stop beeing a cranky...seemingky old..bastard...
Question.
Someone said they are hoping that the 10-speed would not be hunting gears when offroad or towing
Isn't it so that you switch to manual in those cases ?
I switch to manual a lot in my car (peugeot 308sw 1.6HDI)
Just because it smother then pushin the paddle and having it downshift...

Just to sum up:
V8 :
- big noice
- big dispacement
- big drinker
- big compensator
V6
- tiny dispacement
- tiny sound
- tiny drinker
- tiny compensator
Poweradders ( turbo's and hennesey )
- heat
- burn
- fire
- dust-suckers
- boost to boast
So why not go hybrid or full electric :)
Or diesel...
Look at lemans
Diesel has nowa day's equal power ( not looking at dragsters)
But lower fuel usage and lower heat ( less cooling surface needed)
Also saver as diesel doesn't ignite as fast as petrol
True... But heat is heat
Or are there temp differences there to ??

Elivation between the baka and the dakar are aqual for the african dakar
The south american dakar is diffrent story with the andess coming to play
Turbos indeed increase...
Just a question
The baja is mostly NA
But the dakar run mostly tubo's
Both are desert like...
Any one able to explain why the dakar series is able to work with the tubos ( mostly european and asian cars/trucks) and the US isn't able to get it workin well ??

Need to represent the europeeaan enginering
As tbh we build better cars...rolce..lambo..ferrari..merc
So why not take the best of both
US TRUCK
europeaan styling and tech [emoji41]
Looking at what is available on the engine market
I would luve to spoon the porsche 918 engine in the raptor
4.6l v8 @ 9000+ rpm max and 650 horses N/A
If i could get the hybrid or turbo's in there would be even more fun [emoji38]
Then its like 900ish
But that is just dreaming....
O and...
Did i just hear 6.8 v10 for the ford f250 2017
https://youtu.be/e3v5kZPly9I
And it keeps the 6.2 ....so who knows ;)
I will be happy with any engine...as long as i get me a raptor :)
Verstuurd vanaf mijn GT-P3110 met Tapatalk
Would luv to see a short-stroke V12 be tbh
But who cares about a lil number like pistons
Its all about driveabilty on and off the road
Performance and ride quality are key....
But then again....i'm just a europeaan. What do i know about big amarican V8 mussle.
