    Replacement rocker panels

I don't think anyone here would have a problem with you sharing the link

    Replacement rocker panels

Ah, cab corners. Thanks for the correction. Should make my search easier. What would you patch with? I have basic MIG welding skills and a TIG torch that I've been antsy to learn how to use. I have plenty of steel scraps but not sure about automotive welding. Any tips/pointers would be...

    Replacement rocker panels

I've seen a few threads discussing rust problems on 2011 Raptor rocker panels. Anyone else had this problem and fixed it? Any links for replacement rocker panels? Or is it just easier to cover up with a bondo kit?

    Headlights stopped working

Thanks for all the replies. I bought the Morimoto Harness with Relay. That did the trick! (I’ll keep searching for the black capacitors)

    Headlights stopped working

Finally found the culprit. The Morimoto relay was tucked up in a hard to see spot. It was all corroded and the connector was barely dangling on it. Will order a new one. Thanks for all the help. Actually, one more question...where can I find the little black cylinder inline for the halos? I...

    Headlights stopped working

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping there was one central relay, fuse, etc that controls both sides. That would be easier to understand for both sides going out at the same time rather than coincidence of 2 Morimotos, or 2 relays, etc going out at the same time.

    Headlights stopped working

Is there one relay that controls all 4 (L/R, Hi/low)? If so, where is it?

    Headlights stopped working

Thanks for asking for the extra info. (I had copied my text from my note to RSIWorks and forgot to add in extra detail for everyone else). 2011 Ford Raptor Super Crew changed out the OEM headlights over 6 years ago with RSIWorks Level 4 HIDs I checked all 3 fuses in passenger side fuse box...

    Headlights stopped working

I need some pointers on figuring out why my headlights stopped working. I've had the RSIWorks headlights for about 6.5 years. The turns, parking, halos, and amber offroads still work, but low and hi beams on both sides stopped working. I’ve checked fuses. Is there a single relay somewhere that...

    OBDII port not working

~$14,630 is pretty pricey for 2 mins. I'm not paying.

    OBDII port not working

Correction. The previous info was from a owners manual I found online. My actual manual indicates #24 is a Cigar Lighter. However, #24 was missing. The only thing I can think of is the Ford dealership pulled it back in the fall when they did the fuse relocation for the fuel pump module...

    OBDII port not working

Thanks. I found Datalink in my fuse box diagram. For a 2011 its fuse #24 and its shared with the steering wheel control module. Everything with my steering wheel seems fine, but I'll change the fuse anyway. Thanks for pointing me in the direction of the datalink. I just had a way track mind...

    OBDII port not working

I plugged in another scanner and confirmed no power on the OBDII port. Anyone know which fuse is for the OBDII? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
