I did the calibration, I can’t get the door to move at all with the actuator out. I can feel the actuator trying to move when the temperature is changed but it seems like something is stuck

So I replaced the driver side temperature blend door actuator today. Was a giant pain in the ass but I knew that. After I got everything back together and pulled fuse 46 for the reset I tried it..still no control over the driver heat. All the functions work just fine. I pulled the actuator back...

ill have to look into it, I have 130k on the truck so im not sure having the stock cats welded back in is a great idea, ill either get some low mileage OEM ones or the kooks. just need them for the tuning portion of the job so we shall see. Ill keep this updated with info as I get it

I get all my parts from them, never even thought to bring the truck there for tuning. is there a performance center at the dealer? Im going to install the headers myself im just very worried that it will all be for nothing if I cant get the CEL off. ive heard 02 extenders are hit or miss, did...

did you ever find a shop to do this? Im in RI and I have s et of headers waiting to go in. Ill probably do the work myself but im interested to see how the truck is with inspections. did your headers throw any codes? if so what did/are you going to do to cure that?

I plumbed the aftermarket cooler in line after the OEM cooler, it seems thats what most people do. been running it like that for a year or so and no issues

Ill probably have my month old factory light for sale shortly, I ordered a fancy new one. I have my old non working factory one too and one day I'm going to figure out replacing the led and fixing it.

Definitely on my list. Just can't decide if I want cf or just flat black. I also HATE the texture or design of whatever of the main console pieces so I'm trying to decide what to do with those as well. They remind me of old brass screens in a church or something
