The timing of this is ironic. I have had Gen 2 and recently a Gen 3. I only got rid of my Gen 3 when the "head unit" ( I know that's not what it is called but I am old, so that's what I call it) went bad and Ford had my truck for 6 weeks and could not even give me a time frame on when it could...

Tried everything- I was told the "unit" is back ordered as well and won't see anything until March 15th...I told the dealer it was sad that an $80,000 truck takes a month or so to get a replacement part.
