What? This is the icon front shock installed already

I have that opening on mine too. Pretty sure it is by design.

Took a picture yesterday, since I took all the adjustment knobs off (5/64 hex for set screw) and packed them with some Tri-Flow non-melting waterproof clear synthetic grease. My last rear ICON's got so packed with dirt in the knobs that they seized up and will have to drill out the set screw. Do NOT want this to happen to these so being proactive.
