GPS Mount

I saw the sweet GPS mount in the RPG truck and also Paj's and wondered what it looks like withoutthe lowrance on it? I have an app on my iPad that runs gpx files and works pretty well so if I could adapt a dash mount for it to the beefy RPG mount it would get me by until I could get the real thing.

I would use something like this to hold the iPad, and then im assuming just drill holes to match in the mount

Lots of good ideas but if I'mrunning at 75-90 like we were on Saturday I don't want to have to look at the cupholders to see any marked dangers on the map, or to have it bouncing around over a rough section.

ya it would be hard/difficult if you were to drive solo...
but a co-pilot could help call out the cautions...
