Ordered a Roll-X last week and installed myself (i'm proud of that, didn't break anything). Did over the phone with Morrie. He answered all my questions and got it shipped out immediately. Called back post install with further questions and got the same outstanding level of support. I think I may just buy another Raptor just so I can deal with Morrie again!
