SVT Raptor is tough and fast, with a "rough-and-ready" appearance shaped by off-road performance needs. Highlights include:

Distinctive "brick wall" grille with a carved "FORD" crossbar
Power dome hood with functional heat extractors
Front fenders that include additional heat extractors and integrated marker lamps
New 17-inch cast aluminum wheels with SVT-tuned BFGoodrich® all-terrain T/A KO tires
Cast aluminum running boards with spray-on bedliner material for slip resistance
Massive front skid plate is one of three plates providing underbody protection for the engine, transfer case and fuel tank

Standard 6.2L 2V SOHC V8 engine has 411 horsepower and 434 lb.-ft. of torque(1) and is specifically designed for demanding truck applications
6-speed SelectShift Automatic® transmission helps maximize fuel economy and reduce emissions while providing the optimal gear ratio for performance
New TORSEN® front differential provides maximum torque to the front wheel with the most traction for better overall acceleration, handling and traction
Internal bypass shocks by FOX Racing Shox™ provide softer damping at normal ride height for traction and stability, and stiffer damping at the end of the shock absorber stroke for aggressive driving without bottoming out
Unique SVT lower front control arms help provide additional track width for added stability
Unique rear springs combine with FOX Racing Shox to help provide 12.1 inches of rear suspension travel

Off-Road Technologies
A number of specially developed technologies elevate the off-road capability of SVT Raptor to serious levels. Highlights include:

Electronic locking rear differential mechanically locks the left and right axles together, distributing torque equally to both rear axles for excellent off-road capability
Hill Descent Control uses the truck's Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) to maintain vehicle speed on a steep decline at speeds between 2 and 20 mph, so the driver can concentrate on driving not braking
Off-Road Mode engages Raptor-specific calibrations for the throttle, transmission shift schedule, ABS and electronic locking differential for off-road performance

excellent work as always randy thank you very much!!... just out of curiosity in the commercial they show the front camera as having a washer but i see no mention of it anywhere can you clarify if thats included in a package???

Guess that finally settles that one. Out of the 3 pics ford published of the blue accent interior 1 you couldn't see the stripe, one had it in blue, and one had it in red/orange. So red it is lol. Doesn't bother me that much as it'll match the gauge needles, and red against black stands out better than blue on black, and that is the entire purpose of the centering stripe.

like the cool seat feature.

Randy, are we still thinking the reference to Race Red as a "metallic" is a mistake or is it possible that for the Raptor they introduced metallic into the color? The paint code is PQ and that's the same as the existing Race Red.
