you can run them with camburg lowers- they have bump pads built into the arms. Stock aluminum arms have no way to run them or handle it. Aftermarket shocks have bump compression zones built into the valving and also have neoprene bumps on the shafts of the shocks- stock shocks also have them- most poeple dont feel the need to run them in the front but the rear is a must in you run at all offroad
