I'm doing a full Raptor conversion on my 2011 F150 XLT 4x4 and I'm seeing threads here where people have added a leaf to their rear suspension for additional payload support.

If I were to keep my current oem leaf spring and just install the Raptor shackle, Block, U-bolt and shock would there be any issues with this configuration?

I just installed the raptor block and u bolts on my 2011 XLT and it worked just fine. No need to switch shackles or leafs.

Cool thanks.

I'm still looking for a Rear block and just need to purchase the different U bolts.

I do know the brake line and the vacuum line for IWE will need to be longer in the front. I don't believe the rear needs anything as far brake lines or vacuum.
