Adjustable upper A-arm?

Does anyone make an adjustable upper A-arm instead of narrowing the stance of the front when adjusting the camber back after Mid or Upper Perch adjustment?

I should clarify that I want to be able to adjust them without removing them.

I looked at them but I'm not a big fan of heim ends on street driven trucks.

Like a race car they use a steel uniball cup welded to plates and then bolted to the upper arm.
