This may be a dumbfounded question and I can't seem to locate the answer. Would these shocks have any differences? Besides a few years of age?

Thank you

Not sure about the shocks themselves but the front springs are different for scab, screw and 5.4L scab.

Would the springs on the screw's have a higher lb rate for compression since the screw's weigh more?

I am converting a 2WD F-150 and have found more 2010 shocks than newer years

Yes the screws have a higher spring rate than the scabs.
