Is the "Raptor" etched on there? Or is it a high temp sticker?

Is there any concern with holding heat in?

These are laser etched with the logos. This product is brand brand new, so I am trying to all the answers myself. I will be giving this thread updates with info.

If you go off-road, is dirt and mud going to collect in these and just cake it? Or is the design for street use only? And is that $230 for a set (front and rear) or does a full set cost $460?

230.00 is for the whole front and rear set of 4 covers. I will be contacting them today to ask their take on all the questions asked here.

Looks to me that these are outer covers to add some color and style and won't hinder any cooling on the caliper itself. I'm sure dirt will get caught inside, but where it's located shouldn't cause an issue. But I will be back with real answers from the manufacturer.

Got some info on these from the manufacturer. I was mistaken about the laser etching. They are CNC machined engraved. My apologies for that. But here the questions and answers below. Hope this helps.

Q: Will the caliper covers keep the heat in on the calipers?
A: No, it actually helps dissipate heat.

Q: What are the calipers made of?
A: T6061 aluminum and the hardware is T304 stainless steel

Q: How are the logos inscribed?
A: .030 CNC engraved and will never scratch off

Q: Will dirt get inside and get caught underneath?
A: No

Q: How many pieces come in the kit for 230.00? All 4 covers?
A: Yes
