Newbee with a Question about Tool Boxes

Hello gang, I just purchased a 2018 Raptor, Lead foot in color....love it! I really need a way to store tools in the bed, not many, and want it to look/feel good. Any suggestions out there?

I have a bakflip tonneau cover and they make a folding box that mounts on their rails. It even folds up. I store tools and straps in there. If i need the bed space it folds up and practically dissapears. Their CS has also been great. I found some LL Bean bags that fit in it really well and are "waterproof" so if i need the bed just pull the two bags out. With the tonneau closed the stuff is safe from weather and prying eyes.

I use the tuffy under rear seat security box. good for tools or guns. I have a gen 1
