This isn't the big deal. This is small potatoes compared to how the required impending retrofits of currently existing diesel over a certain GVWR will affect all of us. Can't remember all the details at the moment, but they are going to put an enourmous strain on the trucking industry... an industry already strung out to the brink... one we cannot afford to do without, and still hope to maintain our current lifestyle in the US. If the trucks stop, we stop.
