Ford Sync Said to Drop Microsoft in Switch to BlackBerry

hasnt blackberry had to almost go out of business multiple times...? what happens if they need to close up shop, Ford/Ford customers would loose all support. not a good move at all

Well, it certainly can't get any worse...

This might be good, I think a lot of the German cars use BB technology.

From i what i understand there hardware side went downhill and the software side is still going strong. there was talk of them getting out of the hardware side of things and just do the software thing. plus there are lots of companies that would love to buy the software side as they have a sold os.

Nothing could be worse than MFT.

About time Ford admitted that Sync is a failure and moved on.

That's badass. Sync is about 10 versions behind this implementation.

Sync is quite awful so maybe this will be a good thing. That Audi video is pretty hot.
