Ford shares have dropped about $2/share within the past 3-4 days, that's over 10%. Going from a 5-year high at $15.xx down to $12.xx in about two weeks.

Apparently Ford will be issuing another 360 million shares due to outstanding warrants thus diluting the share price immensely. The warrants, whatever they actually are, are tied to the worker's union retirement.
