Any rubbing/contact issues?

Small rubbing. But it will sit behind the rubber stoppers nicely.. Wit a cheaper bar I hardly worry about contact..

For one the bar will be hidden, and the grill blocks a decent amount of light.

Very bright at 10 feet or very bright at 100 feet?

This is the bar i have, for being under $100 it is bright. It seems to through light decently but its more of a wider pattern. I like this because where i live it lights up the woods off the side of the road fairly well. i have had it over a year now and it has held up, no water on the inside. I have even power washed it straight on. for being behind the grill i couldn't justify a thousand dollar light

I recently install the Amazon "Tuff Stuff"light. I ended up making my own brackets. I did modify the grill bumpers a little, cut a corner out. My friend took the light a part and resealed everything. The sides had no gaskets, so I could see where to moisture could get in. Have not had it the rain yet. Definitely bright. 60936658f8d326d61220b6c506238af7.jpg
