Very easy to do...
Buy 2 of these in your color..
1 feet electroluminescent tape/panel with 12V EL inverter
Then just cut your strip to size and use 2 way tape to hold it on..

As you can see from this pic. UV is not friendly to the surface so I covered them with some taillight repair tape from the Auto parts store..

To remove the vent.. You can see the 2 horizontal slots in the last pic. This is where you want to use a plastic pry bar and lift the vent out..It will pop...Use some 2" tape so you don't mar your paint...I just looked threw 1500 pictures of my truck and I DON'T have a pic. of that being done..lol

I then ran the wires threw the fender down to the front running light..
And made the little inverter water tight..

I pulled power from the always on side of the light but if you want it to flash just grab your power from the blinking side..

Hope this helps....

I think the inverter will not last too long if u hook it to the blinker. Most transformers, inverters, and ballast do not like to be turned on and off like that...

Ya, hook the inverter to an always-on power source and use a relay connected to the blinker line to trigger the light.
