The snap on covers and the tubing really killed the whistle.

As far as heat I am not concerned, I don't leave the bar on for hours and hours.

It doesn't look the best, but it works so well.
Well after my posts I decided to take the 50 inch bar off the front windshield and ordered a light tower from Jeff at SVC. SVC will make it for the 50 inch light bar to be mounted.
My logic behind....I want NO noise what so ever and with the windshield bar it is going to create wind noise on a bigger or smaller scale. Light tower is a much better solution to this debacle since its different air flow behind, plus it would be located behind the cab. out of sight out of mind, plus it would look cool as hell. Will repost after I get it and install.

I was lucky to catch their sale price of $799 but after shipping and manual actuator install all came out to over $1300. Still not bad considering the quality and awesome design. You do not even know its there, of course no wind noise. I had the sunroof limo tinted, so when the light is on there is absolutely no glare inside the truck.

Looks good, new to the raptor scene, I have a rigid e series 50" and have the brow mount on order but don't want the wind noise, I picked up 6 of the noise reducers and have seen how a few people fix it but I'm looking for light power& visibility so I'm a bit stuck
