I got my Mis-Aligned Dually back from Skyler over at Rigid Industries. He sent me a shipping label, fixed it for me for free, and had it back to me within a week. Light pattern looks great now. That's pretty awesome customer service if you ask me! Thanks Skyler!

ok... I can take a lot, but I have to say my experience with Rigid products isn't good. I think their service is great, but I now have to send back my third failed dually due to moisture. Just last week they sent me a completely new harness (with new plugs) and four new lights. I have less than one week on them with very limited usage and another light failed. I don't drive through water, other than rain, and I've taken extreme care in mounting & wiring them.. now twice.

Failures:
1) flood dually with old plug system (after less than 3 weeks of usage)
2) spot dually with old plug system (within 4 weeks)
3) flood dually with new plug system (within 1 week)

..REALLY!

You should give them a call and provide them a full overview of your experience. I know they would find your situation unsatifactory and I would like to think will try to remedy it somehow. :peace:

Not trying to be a jerk, but I am making a point.

For what they charge they should come to your house and install them.

I bought 4 hella 700FF lights with PIAA ion bulbs and 4 Poly carbonate lenses for $350 and I can throw light 200 yards no problem.

I couldn't justify ONE 20" bar installed for $900

Glad they stand behind the product though.

Do you post on every thread that praises a vendor just to let everyone know you don't approve of their pricing or value? How about if someone did that about the company you work for? In the future maybe you could start your own thread complaining about all the vendors that you think price their products too high.

How about $375 from M&R

I'm sure you have a fine product but do you really think it appropriate for you to post in a thread about your competitor's products and talk about your cheaper price? How about if they did it to you?

By the way, where are your products made?

I can proudly say that my product is made in China. I install really good quality parts in my light bars and my target population is not the same as rigid or other USA made companies based on the amount of money people are wiling to spend on a light setup. All im stating is that there is a much cheaper alternative to good quality products.
