Reflectors as Running Lights AND Flashers

Anyone have the electrical skills to do this or know where I could buy the contraption to do it?

This is what I did with mine. They are just turn signals.

Mine are on with running lights (no turns). The biggest pain was going through the door connector...

I tapped right into the rear facing turn signal. Having them stay on as running lights would add some work. Noah's smarter than me so he better give the dirty details.

Yeah I've done a lot of research on this and that thread is the only way I've found to have running lights and turn signals. Mine are running lights now but I'd love to have turn signals as well.
@The Car Stereo Company has told me all along that he's way smarter than @Rookie.
