Pillar mount for lights

Anyone know of anything made like this for Raptors?
Im thinking if theres nothing out there yet, I'd look into having someone build them up for me.. enough interest maybe get it into a small production batch.

I would think that would cause some serious wind noise. Not to mention make it pretty hard to see around a corner.
