I bought the PIAA 510 XT SMR fog lights ($190 delivered from Amazon.com) and mounted them behind the bumper cutouts. I didn't want to drill or weld on the frame so I got a piece of 3/16 x 1 1/2" x 12" predrilled flat stock at Lowe's and cutting it in half made for the perfect lenght to bring the lights right up to the cutouts. There are two holes in the frame behind the cutouts one round on one side and one square on the other to mount the bars to. I used locking nuts plus lock washers on the bolts going through the bar. I know people will say it will shake loose off roading but if you look at the photos there is a hole in the middle of the bar which I plan on bolting a piece of angle iron on top cut and drilled so it locks the bar to the frame keeping it from turning.

I used the same location for the Vision LEDs except I did drill and mount to the crossframe. They're on pretty solid, but it was a bitch getting a wrench in there!

At first I had my lights set back without the bar stock but since they are flood lights I lost to much light with them set back as far as these. With the bar stock I was able to get my lights right up to the cutouts using the holes already in the frame.

I hear ya, I got the flood beams too. I played with them a bit for positioning forward and backward and decided I liked the way the bumper cuts off some of the output.
I'll see if I can take a video tonight.

I like your vid.

What were the exact model number of the LED lights you have mounted on your rig?

Thanx in advance...

Solstice Prime is what I got - but bein candjian means I paid more. Have a look at the link and see if ADD or SDHQ can gettem cheaper. List was 275 each but I got both for $300.

looks good, but will that bracket stay straight with only 1 bolt?
