About a foot further in (about halfway) you will see a factory grounding screw, use that one. The one you are using has too much paint on it and is screwed into fiberglass mostly.

Thanks for all the help guys. I rewired the entire thing and fixed it. Will clean the wires up tonight or this weekend. Electrical is great once you figure it out... Lol
