So my overseas vacation has paid for a whole new light set-up for me. I just want to run the wiring by the smart guys on here to make sure I'm not going to screw something up.

The new light configuration will look like this;
30" VisionX Xmitter Xtreme (22.5 AMP draw)
10 x Rigid D2s (4 amber) (2.5 AMPs per light)
2 x Olympus long throw pods on Alt OR hood mounts (25W, can't remember AMPs)

So the initial plan is this;
Switch 1- 30" light bar
Switch 2- 6 of the D2s (the white ones)
Switch 3- 4 Amber D2s
Switch 4- Hood mounted pods

Does anyone see any errors with this plan?

Looks like you got it sorted out right,
30"= 22.5 amps
6-D2's=15 amps
4-D2's=10amps
2-light cannons= 4.17 amps.

Thanks, I hope so. The guys at SVC are really working with me to configure one the their V2 bumpers to fit all my needs. Going to be the standard bumper with an additional light hoop on the top for the D2s. Really looking forward to it.
