I installed a pair of Blitz 240's a while back. Figured I would show some pictures. They started out life as halogen 100 watt bulb units. I converted/modified them to HID, using a Retro Solutions 55w H3 5000k kit. Light Force makes the bulb holder unique so only Light Force bulbs fit in their lights, but with some grinding, drilling, and ingenuity, you can convert them cheap-er than what you can buy them from Light Force for.

I also made up a bracket that bolts to the license plate bracket holes. It's just a temporary fixture till I find a light bar or front bumper I like (with the right price...). I'd probably just leave it if it didn't shake so much, because I like the way it looks.

They're shown here with the "Combo" light filters on.
