I'm a member of a local forum in WV and this link was on the page. It's owned by another member of the forum. I haven't looked into them much, but how do these prices compare to others?

You'd have to look up other sites that sell this brand. It's probably apples to oranges if you compare these to Rigid LEDs. You get what you pay for (most of the time).

The description on the CREE say that they're Totron.

yes they are totron. totron makes a decent chinese light. i have a 20" one and its pretty damn bright.
