Out of pure curiosity, does anyone else have an IR temp gun?

After about a minute(granted, this is in the driveway) my lights are ~130° at the front cover(the acrylic plastic cover/lens), and you can feel warmth from the light an inch or two away. This was with a ~32° ambient.

I've never had an issue with mine icing up and staying that way. They actually manage to cook themselves dry in the winter. It's about an inch from the actual emitter to the protective cover.

This is with 4 Cree XM-L driven at 100% per housing with no PWM. The covers I ran last year had a noticeable deformation directly in front of each reflector, which I can only assume was caused by the intensity of the light, and the energy absorbed by them being tinted blue.
