I changed all my lights to LEDs. The front turn signals, and all 4 brake lights. Now, the hazards work correctly. But, the turn signals and running lights do not. When the running lights are on, the mirror turn signal lights stay on steady. When I use the turn signals, ALL (including the marker lights) flash very fast.
IDK what to do.

Your resistance value has changed in turn signal circuit. Might have to add resistor or changer flasher. I'll look into it more for you when I get home.

yup, you need to add a load resister in line with the brakes, something like this - LED Load Resistors

Its not a fix all solution but it may work in your case.

I forgot our trucks use "smart junction box" instead of a flasher. The computer monitors the current draw from flashing curcuit and determines if an open circuit (bulb out) . Since the LEDs have low current draw it causes a higher flashing rate and not a bulb out. Installing inline resistors should correct the high flash rate.
