No special codes. Place the order with the price as you see it ($207.99 + Shipping). We'll take care of the rest. Shoot us a PM for info on how much we'll credit you back. We can't (by MAP guidelines) discount past $207.99, give you a promo or take money off in your cart at the time of the sale. So we're GIVING back to you guys after the sale.

So my own bar arrived today. What a cool bar man. I didn't install it yet but here are some shots of it on my bench while testing. It fits perfect below the rear camera harness as it's really small

Thinking about getting in on this.

Few questions:

Is the picture above with reverse on ONLY the tailgate bar? Trying to avoid throwing some rigid duallys on my rear bumper and the wiring process to aux switches. Seems to put out a lot of light..

How is this connected to the brake / turn signals? Splice into the wiring? Instructions etc provided for install?

The bar has a 4 pin trailer hookup which gives you all functionality EXCEPT reverse (there is a separate wire for reverse you tap into your reverse connection either off the factory taillights OR with our trucks, the larger trailer harness).

It also comes with wire taps and what i'd recommend (and putco recomends) is you remove the large trailer connector (it pops out) and then you can tap into the wires there. This way you don't have a harness plugged into your trailer hookup and it's all behind the scenes.

The photos above I only put on the application lights alone. So turns only, brake activated, brake not-activated and reverse activated.

Putco gives you instructions... they are a bit confusing I'll be honest when you get to the 2015+ F150 part (they list details for 2015+ f150s) as we have the trailer sensing system, so if there is no trailer hooked up it disconnects power to the harness... but not sure how accurate that is.

CJ Pony did an installation video on our trucks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A0Bgi-JPhAc&t=122s

When I do my own install I'll try and make a video although I'm no videographer (i'm a photographer). But I want to wrap the wiring I do in flexible wire covering (ya know that braided style) to make it really nice. The video makes installation easy, the instructions are confusing that come with it

I appreciate the quick response. Doesn’t sound like a difficult install at all, I’ve seen the video linked above before as well. Am I correct in assuming the install process cited would be the same on my 2014?

If possible, can you summarize the payment process regarding refund etc that I read about on page one? Would like to throw my order in tonight. Any ideas on shipping lag time?

Installation is pretty much the same on almost all trucks when tapping into the trailer wiring (since trailer wiring is pretty standard).

Order the lights, include a message in your order about the discount, and we'll refund you some $$. It ships same day if placed before 1pm or so, so if you ordered today it'll ship Friday.

Thanks in advance for doing/posting the video. I want to see it and the braided wire covers you're using (got a link?).

I think you're going to do the drivers side tail light removal and wire tap there, right?

Please take pics and post 'em up with a link to your vid!

Please help with my direct wire fast blinker and no signals on rear at times not all the time
It will work normal for 15 to 20 seconds and then start fast flashing with no turn signals in rear ?
