front light bar mounts

I would like to put a front light bar on, here are my current thoughts,

I need to keep the front license plate for legal reasons
I would LIKE to keep the factory front bumper

so the obvious option is the ford racing front mount,
if wicked performance was in business yet I would've likely bought one of there's.

anyone else make a front light bar mount of any sort that works with the stock bumper?

Put it behind the grill. There is some lost of light so put two behind it to make it equivalent to 1.25 by using a 40" and 30".
