In bed lights

got this kit to replace my sticky LED string that i had in my bed. seemed brighter and nicer. i was pulling power off of my running lights (i tapped into the taillight). these lights popped that fuse and i tried to go up from a 10a to a 15a fuse and it got very hot then popped that one too. is there another option on where to get power, or do i need to bite the bullet an just run power back from the batt? I searched and could not find anything. thanks for your help guys!

put it on its own fuse and then run a power cable from the front.

Yeah, thars what I was thinking. In all the time I was searching for a way to not to, I coulda just just ran the dang wire.
