Need opinions on lights...

I am going to ad a roof mount set up...

Height is not an issue...bumper / grill mount is out.

54" Rigid RDS or KC Pods?

(sorry if I used someone else's pics...but they are the best ones :)

For a roof mount I'd go with the rds. I think it looks a lot cleaner. Pods would still be pretty sick.

Part of me wants to order the 6.7 and 8.7 just for a comparison to satisfy my curiosity.

On topic though, the cannons would be a cheaper alternative to the kc pods.

The 8.7" cannons are easily 20-30% brighter than the 6.7". They're insane. But I believe the KC pods will still outperform the 8.7" cannons. But I cannot confirm that, I havnt seen them side by side. But being that the KCs are HID at 7000 lumens each to the vision x 8.7" LED at 5800 lumen each, I can't see them not being brighter and throwing light farther.
