40" ( not 30") led bar in upper grill

Ok... I admit I did have to move the horn, grind the grill supports and grind a little off the back of the light bar. But I did it. Mostly because it was a challenge and because Ted B said it couldn't be done. ( Bearclaw knew my stubborn Irish attitude would prevail ). I used a cheap chinese bar - because I knew I may have to modify it.

Pics or it didn't happen.

60" would fit, 80" is too big

customtruckshop, you are right that 80 incher looks awesome but I think I'd have to grind a lot more.

i have a 40 there too. although i didnt grind the back of the light. why did you have to?
