Can you help a newb to this stuff along?

So after i buy my sct x3, do i fill out the form then take it in to be tuned or is this all diy?

Can you explain the process of tuning? Feel free to pm me. Thx.

Would this 1 SCT X3 Special - 5 Star Tuning

Help fix the annoying upshift/downshifts that the truck likes to do?

Pulled the trigger over the weekend on SCT X3 and 3 maps from 5star for my '13 tux black and the snoball500!! Looking forward to seeing how the 93 performance tune works with the truck and putting together a quick write up.
