I can answer that for you, sort of. They were available on Thursday when I ordered mine, just got it today. My device is actually in the process of downloading a ton of updates via WiFi. Pretty slick!

Yep. Marked improvement. The canned tune provided is a definite improvement over stock. Cant believe how crappy it ran in comparison.
