My 2014 is running a 5 star 93 Performance tune and its a total BEAST now.
Hoping to take it to one of the local Dyno's and have it put on the rollers to see what she is putting down now.

what software and hardware are used to tune? Could I possibly purchase it? Im an experienced tuner and I'm very interested in this platform

You can buy an sct tuner and the pro racer software to tune Your truck. You can not tune other vehicles as it is locked to you truck. They do sell add on vehicle options if you have more than one vehicle.
Now the dealer software is different and way more expensive. The pro racer add on is just over $300.
