Livernois first opened its doors as an engineering company in 1949. Livernois Engineering was the first company to produce an aluminum radiator for automotive use and also produced the tooling and machines to produce them. The company was located on Livernois Avenue in Detroit, MI… hence the name.

As years passed, several other companies were incorporated to address emerging service requirements from a number of Detroit’s auto manufacturers and enthusiasts.

These companies included Livernois Vehicle Development (Engineering Crash Test Product | Livernois Vehicle Development) and Livernois Motorsports.

Developed to address the high-end demands of automotive enthusiasts, Livernois Motorsports opened its doors in 1999.

Livernois Motorsports provides Engineering Services, Performance Products, and Niche Vehicle Design and Manufacturing to the OE and Aftermarket Automotive Industry.

We specialize in late model Ford, GM, and Chrysler performance parts, service, and tuning.

We take great pride in offering unparalleled service and top quality automotive performance products and accessories at the best prices possible. We also install everything we sell!

Livernois Motorsports is constantly developing and testing new products. This allows us to add our own new products, which are designed in-house along with product lines from hundreds of vendors to provide you with the latest, cutting edge products available for your vehicle.

We realize that many of you are quite a distance from our Dearborn Heights, MI location and have interest in our services, but are not able to make the drive due to work and busy schedules.

For these customers, we do offer transportation service. With this service, you can trust that you car will make it to our location and back to you safely, and with much more power than it arrived with!

Cost of this service is very reasonable, but varies based on a distance and the availability of our trailer.

All cars are stored safely in doors before and after work is performed.
